 pH Controllers
 
A microprocessor digital pH controller constantly monitors and maintains pH levels within specific parameters and boundaries adding an acid or alkali chemical accordingly through chemical dosing pumps connected to the controller until the pH value is again within the working parameters allowing the process to run more efficiently, various types of controllers offering various degrees of features and programming functionality's to suit every application as a stand alone pH system or with other process systems. Due to the significant role pH measurement plays in various industries controllers operators can connect to a local webserver network for remote access to monitor the system in real-time with full programming authority.

 pH Measurement
 
The measurement pH is essential in establishing and maintaining the chemical conditions of a solution ensuring it remains within acceptable parameters achieved by using a automatic monitoring system comprises of a pH controller and glass combination electrode to determine the ph value, the combination electrode measures the Hydrogen Ion concentration in an aqueous solution which determines whether a liquid is neutral, acid or alkali (base) the electrode generates a millivolt potential proportional to the ph value which is amplified by the ph controllers software to give an instantaneous value.
The importance of pH measurement and control cannot be underestimated although commonly associated with the water treatment industry maintaining pH levels in fact plays a vital role across a vast range of industries and is an essential element in determining the efficiency quality and strict regulations are adhered to accordingly.

 pH Controllers

 pH Instruments
 
A pH instrument analyses the change in Hydrogen Ion activity measured by a pH combination electrode in an aqueous solution to determine weather a liquid is neutral, acid or alkali ensuring levels remain within specific parameters critical in a number of commercial and industrial applications, advancement in electrode technology has greatly expanded applications where pH measurement has increasingly been used as a more cost effective alternative to other forms of measurement and control. Whilst pH instruments are often used as a stand alone system they are more commonly used as a panel mounted instrument being used in control panels for wastewater and effluent treatment process applications.

pH controller developed for high precision process control applications characterised by isolated measurement graphic display with non-intrusive programming software system and real-time measurement for reliable process control, visual inspection of the display provides additional information for temperature, flow, active outputs and alarm status with parameters configured for process-specific tasks.
