Chemical Dosing Injection Manifolds
 
 PVC chemical injection manifold with spring non-return valve to prevent chemical back flow contamination and maintain continuous stabilised electrode measurement with multiple injection points to accommodate each chemical being dosed into the system with manual isolation valves for servicing  maintenance, designed to be installed direct into the main pipeline flow alternatively through a bypass manifold configuration to divert flow during servicing of electrodes, probes and dosing pump injection valves inspection.

Chemical Injection Assembly
Pvc injection flow manifold housing electrodes to monitor the water quality and chemical injection points with non-return valve to prevent backflow and contamination of measurement readings, assembly can be installed inline or through a bypass manifold configuration with diverter valves for maintenance of measurement sensors and chemical injections valves.

Retractable Injection Quill
 
Retractable injection quill designed for insertion into large diameter pipework with adjustable locking mechanism and impermeable seal that enables the quill to be retracted and inserted to required depth without need to perform a complete system depressurization invaluable when dosing chemicals that are prone to clogging, the design maximises chemical treatment with the injection point positioned in the centre of the pipeline flow and can be withdrawn for inspection and servicing through the isolation maintenance valve.

Chemical Injection Quill
Chemical injection quill with retractable lance for insertion to the desired depth direct into the pipeline flow for maximum chemical treatment delivered by the dosing pump to maintain the water quality in the system, the isolation valve allows the quill to be completely withdrawn from the pipework for inspection of the injection valve and servicing of the quill assembly.

High Temp Injection Lance
 
Stainless steel injection quill specifically designed to overcome the challenge of introducing chemical treatment into process applications with high temperature pipeline streams via an external injection lance assembly incorporating manual isolating ball valve with one meter dissipating heat shield lance and non-return valve to prevent backflow, the heat reduction down the lance allows the injection valve supplied with the dosing pump to be connected to the low temperature end of the injection lance.
