Pressure Loading-Relief Valves 

 

Pressure loading valve are designed to perform a number of functions operating as a pressure loading valve generating a sustained back pressure on dosing systems with fluctuating pressures or open-ended systems improving chemical treatment accuracy and preventing over concentration into the system, alternatively incorporated as a pressure relief valve crucial in safeguarding the integrity of associated pipework and dosing equipment from malfunction or damage when the operating pressure rises above the permissible safety level. Each application has it's own unique requirements used as a pressure loading valve or pressure relief safety valve the same principles apply the pressure value required to operate the valve need to be calculated based on the known system working pressure, the combined spring-diaphragm mechanism ensures the pressure value to operate the valve is consistently reproduced benefiting chemical treatment when used as a pressure loading valve or safeguarding the dosing equipment and pipework as a pressure safety valve.

Manufactured in PVC with PTFE diaphragm resistant against most chemical agents incorporating a manually adjustable direct acting spring return mechanism maintaining a sustained repeatable loading on diaphragm, can be installed inline, open ended or on a bypass manifold configuration offering exceptional reliability performance and flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.
