Motor driven diaphragm dosing pumps uses a reciprocating motion driven by the rotation of the motor speed causing the diaphragm mechanism  to complete the suction and discharge process inside the dosing head ensuring the amount of chemical displaced is both linear and repeatable, adjustment of the stroke length alters the movement of the diaphragm therefore increasing or decreasing volume of chemical displaced with each stroke cycle respectively with the relationship between the stroke length and chemical volume dosed linear. Manufactured using premium materials that deliver superior robustness excellent chemical compatibility coupled with extreme accurate metering performance.

Mechanical Metering Pump
 
Motor driven diaphragm metering pump comprises of two principle model ranges the  NX series and NY series designed for continuous operation but sharing similar characteristics and functions developed by highly experienced and skilled engineers focused  in bringing to the market high performance and robust diaphragm metering pumps, capable of operating in all types of environments including fluctuating flow, pressures including adverse temperatures and ATEX Zone 2 hazardous environments.
 
The NX Series diaphragm pumps designed for accuracy and reliability can be used effectively in environments where the required flow rates are lower but required to operate at higher pressures by exploiting the motor power and variable eccentric system capable of operating continuously over long periods.
 
The NY Series are designed for the most demanding of applications and environments for applications requiring a higher flow rate metering pump but at lower working pressures whilst retaining linear dosing accuracy combined with excellent chemical compatibility working for long of continuous operation.

Diaphragm Metering Pumps
 
Mechanical diaphragm dosing pump is designed using a fixed ratio gearbox driven by the motor speed rotation in a reciprocating action against the spring-return mechanism attached to the pump diaphragm to ensuring the amount of fluid displaced is both linear and a repeatable manner, manual adjustment of the diaphragms stroke length alters the volume of chemical displaced with each stroke cycle respectively with the relationship between stroke length and chemical volume delivered linear essential when used critical process applications. The significant benefit of a diaphragm metering pump is only the PTFE diaphragm resistant to most chemicals and pump head itself is in contact with the chemical.
