Chlorine Sensors
(Chlorine Dioxide Sensors)
Chlorine Measurement Sensors
Range of Free chlorine & Total chlorine amperometric sensors providing high-resolution measurements, vital
to ensuring water quality remains safe and within specific parameters. Sensors analyse chlorine content by using sophisticated
electronics with amperometric technology for real-time measurements, ensuring efficient chemical regulation stability
and control with minimum maintenance requirements. Widely used in drinking water, swimming pools and industrial applications.
Chlorine Dioxide Sensors
High performance chlorine dioxide sensors are critical safety & process control
instruments designed to monitor levels in real-time to ensure both efficacy and personnel safety. Widely used as a powerful oxidising
agent in water disinfection, food processing and surface sterilisation, regulating chlorine dioxide levels amperometric sensors are
used to provide rapid concentration detection. Converted into a readable value readings are typically measured in parts-per-million.

Routine Maintenance
Amperometric sensors use permeable membranes isolating electrodes from the process water,
periodic servicing is critical to maintain accuracy. When the sensors surface becomes coated in biofilm or
scale a gentle rinse & clean is just required, including replenishing the electrolyte every 3-6 months or
when readings becomes sluggish. Best practise is to maintain a constant flow accross the sensor & performing regular
calibrations to align digital output with concentrations.
Integrated Electronics
Amperometric sensors house sophisticated electronics designed to convert the chemical
reaction within the selective membrane into a readable signal, which is amplified by the electronics into a robust signal
that is less less susceptible to electrical noise.
Free Chlorine Sensors
High performance Free Chlorine Sensors operates using a specialized membrane-covered electrode
system to provide continuous real-time measurement feedback. Whether you are managing municipal drinking water, industrial cooling
towers or commercial aquatic facilities, these sensors deliver the measurement stability and control to maintain perfect water
chemistry. Featuring integrated temperature compensation used to normalise measurement precision.
