Motor-Driven Mechanical Diaphragm Pumps
Precise Metering Control
Motor-Driven diaphragm pumps are positive displacement pumps meaning they dose a fixed volume chemical
with each stroke that remains relatively constant even if the backpressure fluctuates critical when handling aggressive
and viscous fluids making them ideal for multiple water treatment applications.
Diaphragm Hermetic Seal Design
The
PTFE diaphragm provides excellent chemical resistance it act as a critical interface separating the fluid from the drive
mechanism by creating a hermetically sealed environment for the safe handling of hazardous or corrosive or sensitive chemicals
with only the diaphragm and pump head in contact with the chemical.
Mechanical Diaphragm Pumps
Efficiency & Precision
Mechanical diaphragm pumps are a cornerstone of industrial fluid management
particularly in water treatment and chemical processing applications where precision and reliability is critical offering
a robust solution for the metering of chemicals and viscous liquids even in the most challenging of environments, pumps operate
based on the positive displacement principle utilizing a fixed ratio gearbox driven by the motors rotation in a reciprocating
action against a spring-return mechanism attached to the diaphragm that provides a total leak free seal and ensure chemicals
are metered in a linear and a repeatable manner regardless to changes in discharge pressure making them
the preferred choice in multiple water treatment applications.

Motor-Driven Diaphragm
Dosing Pumps
Manufactured to deliver superior precision, accuracy and reliability in a compact robust housing
with chemical resistant dosing heads for even the most aggressive chemicals and designed to operate continuously due to the variable
eccentric system enables the pump to exploit the motors power during both suction and discharge phases producing a smooth repeatable
linear output respectively, delivering exceptional performance and precision even under fluctuating pressure conditions and environments
across all flow rates. The robust design and hard wearing moving parts coupled with the wet-end parts ensures the pump will not leak
during operation dramatically increasing the diaphragm pumps service life.

Mechanical Diaphragm
Dosing Pump
Motor-driven dosing pump incorporating the patented (AVS) vacuum assisted system specifically developed
to handle higher flow rates a technical solution that helps overcome the typical functional limitations normally associated
with a spring-return diaphragm mechanism configuration, the increase in flow capacity is down to the increased number of strokes
per minute with mechanical stress levels reduced and without compromising the integrity of the diaphragm, producing higher flow rates
whilst retaining exceptional precision and accuracy even when operating under demanding working conditions.
