working pressures, our intelligent system dynamically adjusts the solenoid torque in real-time, to ensure a consistent
flow rate regardless of back pressure fluctuations or chemical viscosity changes whilst protecting the hardware from
over-torque conditions.
Proportional Dosing Pumps
Metering Precision
Proportional dosing pumps adjust in real-time chemical metering relative to
the flow stream to ensure chemical concentration levels remain constant. They typically achieve this automation using two different
types of external signals: a digital pulse from water meter or an analogue 4÷20mA current signal. The pump operates by counting
a specific number of water meter pulses to inject a fixed volume of chemical, alternatively the
current signal regulates the pumps stroke frequency speed.
