Proportional Digital Pumps

A solenoid dosing pump also known as metering pumps designed with powerful microprocessor multifunction software in PVDF housing for applications where a universal function metering pump can be used in processes utilizing it's multifunction program ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, minimal maintenance and long service life due to the superior components used in manufacture, pumps are often integrated with other equipment such as | pH controllers | chlorine controllers | redox controllers | to dose chemicals into a wide variety of process control applications.

Pump Technology

Manufactured using premium components together with the latest technology resulting in the perfect balance between performance reliability and affordability with minimum service management requirements to the operator, the patented stabilised power supply reacts to live working conditions the solenoid-driving algorithm delivers the required power to activate the pump thus reduces energy consumption and compensates for power supply fluctuations even in challenging conditions.

Multifunction Programs

Powerful microprocessor software with multi-parameter operating modes for proportional divide-multiply-ppm pulse input signal, 4-20mA input signal including internal program timer with the option on some models mechanical stroke length for increased chemical dosing effiency precision delivering maximum control.

Remote Management

Connection to WI-FI interface webserver - Modbus RTU RS485 Port for integration into complex systems including full programming authority.

                  »   Proportional dosing is when the pump is programmed to deliver a precise volume of chemical proportionally to a input signal normally from a water meter.

                  »  Proportional PPM dosing maintains a precise chemical dose in ppm regulated by the input signal from the water meter.

                 »   Proportional 4-20mA input signal regulates the pumps strokes per minutes based on the incoming 4-20mA signal normally from a process controller.

                  Timer Dosing Pumps

                 »   Pump is programmed to dose for a preset period of time (eg 30 minutes) providing a simple solution to chemical treatment applications.

                 »   Pump is programmed to regulate the pumps stroke frequency output; strokes per minute - per hour or per day for consistent chemical treatment.
