Proportional Conductivity Control

 

Pulse Frequency Modulation 

Relays generate a volt free pulse signal that is connected into a dosing pump adjusting flow output decreasing proportionally until the set-point threshold has been achieved delivering greater precision increased chemical effiency and control, alternatively the signal can be utilised to control conductivity levels on cooling tower bleed systems or integrated in high-end complex process applications.

 

Pulse Width Modulation 

Set-point relays are activated on a timed cycle proportional to the measured conductivity value in respect to the set point threshold decreasing the relay activated time until the desired conductivity level is achieved, being a cost efficient solution to proportional control in numerous process applications when operating equipment such as solenoid valves intermittently through a 230v supply.
