Microprocessor metering pump in wall mounted housing with sophisticated pH and redox controllers. Powerful multi-parameter software program designed to deliver consistent and precise performance regardless of environment conditions, configurable set-point includes start delay, hysteresis, proportional dosing band and max flow parameters with signal inputs for level, flow and temperature sensors including remote start-stop input signal with relay alarm output and analog 4÷20mA current output available to interface with BMSand process control applications.

Chemical dosing pump with digital interface pH controller self explanatory display designed specifically for applications where space is at a premium without compromising performance and reliability whilst exploiting installation time as a compact stand alone pH dosing system monitoring and responding to live working conditions, patented algorithm provides enough power to active the pumps solenoid significantly reducing the pumps energy consumption whilst maintaining chemical precision and balance in the system.

 

Compatible wet-end kits available resistant to most volatile and aggressive chemicals with minimal maintenance for increased chemical efficiency and performance.

 

Pump Technology

Designed using the latest technology a perfect balance has been achieved between using premium components that ensures reliability and performance with affordability for the operator, through the patented stabilised multi-range power supply (100– 240v) which reacts to live working conditions to only draw the power required to activate the pump and reduce energy consumption; the algorithm also compensates for power supply fluctuations for precise and accurate dosing even in challenging conditions.
