seamless integration directly into existing pipework without interrupting the process. Engineered to ensure the liquid
being measured is permanently in contact with the sensor using chemical resistant materials, inline probe holders is
suitable for a wide spectrum of municipal and industrial water treatment applications.
Pressure & Temperature Resilience:
Designed for medium and high pressurised systems using a twist lock mechanism to
provide an impermeable seal, an additional protective layer around the sensor and buildup of sediment
around the sensor's tip that could directly impact measurement accuracy. Compatible with most sensors used in water
treatment systems and engineered from premium PVC and Polypropylene materials highly resistant to most acids-alkalis and
organic solvents offering reasonable operating temperature limits.
Simplified Maintenance Schedules:
Inline probe holders offer significant advantages over other types of probe holders
offering reduced installation costs and maintenance downtime, whether performing scheduled servicing or
replacement of the sensor is undertaken quickly with minimum impact to processes.
Inline pH Electrode Holder
Polypropylene (PP) inline pH/Redox (ORP) electrode holder resistant to a range of corrosive substances
including acids-alkalis, salts & organic solvents, designed to be mounted direct into the flow stream
or bypass manifold loop with a 12mm sensor fixed in place. Suitable for medium pressure systems
the twist-lock mechanism provides an impermeable seal allowing sensors to be inserted to the correct depth without compromising measurement
accuracy.
Inline Redox Electrode Housing
Robust PVC inline electrode holder resistant to a wide spectrum of corrosive substances
including acids-alkalis, salts & organic solvents, designed to be mounted direct into the flow stream
or bypass manifold loop housing 12mm or PG 13.5 type sensors fixed in place. Suitable for high pressure systems
the twist-lock mechanism provides an impermeable seal allowing sensors to be inserted to the required depth, without
compromising measurement of the sensors integrity.
Inline pH Sensor Holder
Polypropylene inline pH/Redox sensor holder suitable for high pressure processes
with union connection designed to be mounted into the existing flow stream or bypass manifold loop
configuration housing either a 12mm or PG 13.5 sensors with impermeable seal connection, Specifically suited
for processes with harsh and demanding environments where chemical resistance, physical durability is critical without effecting
the sensors structural integrity or measurement.
