Water meters designed to be permanently installed into pipework with pulse output to accurately measure the water flow, we offer
two types of meters designed for either hot water and cold water installations.
Meters are supplied with a set of BSP union couplings
and seals for installation into the pipework, available in sizes ½" to 2" we recommend isolation valves are installed for maintenance
and servicing requirements.

Flange meters designed for larger diameter pipework with PN16 gaskets and pulse signal to accurately measure the water flow, manufactured
in a coated cast iron body housing with a highly sensitive turbine and impulse mechanism that drives the mechanical gearing.
Two types
of meters available designed for 90° hot water & 30° cold water in 2" to 8" sizes, it is recommended isolation valves are installed
for maintenance & servicing purposes.

Impulse Water Meters
Coupling Type
Flanged Impulse
Water Meters
Totalisation Counter
Provides an accurate way of measuring the total amount of water that has passed through the water meter,
the mechanical counter displays directly on the front face of the water meter and is non-resettable.
Pulsed Output Signal
Volt
free pulse signal proportional to the flow can be used in BMS, PLC's or directly to dosing pumps in water treatment applications,
as the flow increases the frequency of pulses increases proportionally from the water meter.
Water Meter K Factor
Defines
the number of impulses per litre that passes the water meter, normally ½"-1" meters are set to 1 pulse per litre (K1) and 1¼"-2"
meters 1 pulse per 10 litres (K10)

5"- 8" meters 1 pulse per 1000 litres (K1000) however meters can be set to different k factors.
