The robust design ensures minimal maintenance is required together with a choice of PVC, PTFE, PVDF, polypropylene and 316 stainless steel dosing heads including PTFE diaphragms provides exceptional chemical resistance throughout.

Piston metering pumps flow rates to 1027 l/hr and 20 bar pressure through two ranges, gearbox mechanism is operated by a eccentric cam to provide a positive displacement from each stroke, with spring assisted manual stroke length adjustment ensures consistent performance and accuracy. Chemical resistant dosing heads in PVC, PP and stainless steel with suction ball check valves ensures both accuracy and performace including longer working life.

Pump output can be controlled remotely using a servo motor coupled to the stroke length mechanism to adjust the dosage output of the pump, by using a 4-20mA signal generated from either our measurement instruments or flow meter the pumps dosage output is controlled. Parameters can by programmed within the software to determine the minimum and maximum dosing output range, therefore the pump could be set to dose at 80% capacity with a 20mA input signal.
