We design and build bespoke dosing systems with the option to mount the equipment inside an IP65 rated enclosure providing extra protection and security, all equipment is mounted on a back plate pre-wired tested thus reducing installation time and additional material on site.
Therefore all instruments and pumps housed and located together commissioning and servicing of the system can be carried out in a more practical way, enclosures are provided with lock type door to ensure the system is secure.

We Supply panel mounted dosing systems for all types of water treatment applications including cooling towers, industrial boilers and swimming pools, equipment is mounted on a polypropylene panel and pre-wired tested reducing on site installation time and additional material on site.
Therefore with all the equipment panel mounted commissioning and on going servicing of the system can be carried out in a more practical way, with chemical hoses and electrode cables routed back to the system.

Instrument controllers are suitable for remote control by RS485 expansion board with Modbus
protocol using FWT® software.

ETHERNET connection: allows connection to system via PC for programming and settings using
FWT® software. Unit will signal once reaching alarm level or overdosing settings.
