PVC injection flow assembly's with non-return valve and istolation valves for chemical dosing systems, injection fitting points for each chemical pump and provision for pH, redox and conductivity electrodes and probes.

 

Supplied with brackets for vertical or horizontal mounting

Injection lance for high temperature systems with non-return valve to prevent system backflow including manual isolation valve, generally used on high temperature boiler systems to introduce chemicals into the pipeline stream using a dosing pump. The temperature reduces down the injection lance for

connection of the pumps injection fitting to the lance.

 

Applications include industrial steam boilers systems

Injection Lance 

Injection lance with retractable injection pipe used with dosing pumps to introduce chemicals into the main pipeline stream with large diameter pipework, the design gives a variable immersion depth into the centre of the flow there by prevents any chemical desposits building up at the point of injection.
