Freestanding unit with integrated bunded area designed to generate chlorine dioxide through our biohibix control module system, with all dosing pumps, controller and pipework neatly contained within the framework of the system. Activated chemical chlorine dioxide stored in a holding tank thus giving a greater degree of reaction time before use, system automatically replenishes used chemical whilst keeping a reserve level available at all times.
Chlorine dioxide can then be dosed proportionally into the water systems to provide a simple yet effective dosing solution to all types of applications, and allows connection of additional dosing pumps to the system.

This system combines proportional dosing of two chemicals with a redox control system which monitors the chlorine dioxide levels in the water and overrides the proportional dosing if sufficient levels are being registered in the system. Therefore control is harmonized between the water through the system and monitoring of the redox probe and information sent back accordingly to the controller, to prevent overdosing a second set point is used to activate a high level alarm module that lockout all dosing of the system.
A visual high alarm beacon indicates the lockout status of the system, with the instrument has numerous control features including 4-20mA current output for building management intergration.
