Normally controlled through a instrument these pumps are designed to dose a precise volume of chemical into a pipeline or tank, when aggressive chemicals are being dosed alternative dosing heads and fitting are required for to ensure the integrity of the pumps performance.

Microprocessor based dosing pump in a chemical resistant housing for wall & enclosure mounting applications, multifunction program for various applications and control includes 4÷20mA, proportional water meter and internal seven day timed dosing program. With alarms for chemical low level, flow protection  audible alarm plus service relay output. For aggressive chemicals alternative heads and fittings are available  ensure years of trouble free service.

Model MX C/A

Constant operation dosing pump with analogue 0-100% manual adjustment including frequency reduction mode for low flow rate requirements whilst maintaining accuracy performance across both dosing output ranges, selection of pump output range is through the touchpad with LED indication confirming the pumps flow output between 100% frequency range and 20% frequency range.

Dosing pump with digital display and programming keypad indication LED's for power, water meter, low level protection with Divide and Multiply modes with pulse smart memory software that monitors water meter signal frequency and automatically adjusts the pumps stroke speed to ensure harmonious and stable dosing throughout.

Model Multifunction
Microprocessor dosing pump with digital display with programming keypad indication LED's for power, input signal and low level protection with Manual, Divide Multiply and PPM proportional modes, proportional 4÷20mA input signal normally from a instrument controller or flow sensor signal, internal 7 day timer to program for the pump to run for a preset time either hourly, daily or weekly to automatically dose into the system.

 

PPM Dosing 

Proportional parts per million dosing using a impulse water meter to is commonly used in many water treatment applications particularly dosing chlorine or sodium hypochlorite to maintain ppm levels in the system, by programming the pulse signal, chemical concentration, cc/injection and the required PPM the pump will automatically dose calculating flow to the required ppm maintaining the desired chemical treatment.

 

Proportional 4÷20mA
Pump is controlled by a  4÷20mA signal to adjust the stroke rate proportional to the incoming mA signal therefore a 4mA signal dosing is stopped pump in standby as the value  increases the pumps strokes frequency until the input signal reaches 20mA with the pump dosing at maximum output. The pumps behaviour can be reversed with 4mA 100% dosing and 20mA dosing in standby with stroke rate programming of minimum and maximum pump output, increasing milliamp signal when pump is stopped and descreasing milliamp signal to have pump dosing at maximum output.

 

Manual Mode

Dosing pump can be programmed to operate within its stroke frequency rate with the output controlled in three ways as a simple yet effective way of providing chemical dosing on a continuous cycle throughout the day, the pump pulse frequency can be set pulses per minute, pulses per hour pulses per day.

 

Timed Dosing Mode

By using the dosing pumps internal timer dosing can be scheduled either daily or weekly providing independent and effective way of chemical treatment without dependance of any external equipment, the pump can be programmed to dose eight times daily or dose eight times per week.

Flow sensor when enabled will monitor dosing output of the pump and activate the service relay output alarm in the event there is no signal being received from the flow sensor indicating chemical isn't' being dosed.
